Awww, this is so sweet. :) You've created the style of a folktale beautifully here, and I loved all the little canon details about Ryoma's family and, haha, the use of Ryoma's catchphrase. But to me Tezuka totally stole the show when I was reading this because I thought the characterization was spot-on with his quiet sturdiness and sense of responsibility and gratefulness toward the Lord for whom he dresses as a princess even though it displeases him. Wonderful. ♥
