I'm Cissnei, of ShinRa's Investigation Division of the Department of General Affairs. We're also called the Turks, if you want to go with a shorter name. Lets see... ShinRa's in Midgar, on the planet Gaia. That's so weird to say.

Not at an academy I only teach children. The last thing I remember was doing paper work during lunch; there was nothing out of the ordinary.
