[Tech is actually sitting outside for once instead of hiding away in his room. The flowers seem to have an odd effect on the computer geek. He sits near the duplex, surrounded by carefully sorted piles of flowers. They've been separated by color. Now the recluse is braiding the flowers together, making wreaths in all sorts of colors and sizes and

[ Abby was just coming home from the Hydroponics Hamlet. It'd been a long shift. Normally things went by nice and easy with Lauren's help, but she'd gone to help look for the rejse child.

Right before the duplex she stopped dead in her tracks at the sight before her eyes, flabbergasted. But a smile found it's way to her face and she knelt down to inspect Tech's piles. ]

[He doesn't look up, he rarely looks up at people and anyway he knows her voice. No need to worry.]

[ She figures she could keep him company while he's out here, and sitting would be nice so she sits back to watch the flowers fall. ]

There's so many different kinds. It least it's flowers and not sleet.

[He makes a face at that. Sleet would be terrible. He'd never sit outside if it was sleet.]

[Ali approaches Tech, she recognises him from the other team but doesn't know him all that well but then that has never really stopped Ali from talking at or to people. She settles on the ground near his feet, reaching out for some of the unsorted flowers and drawing them closer using her powers with a gentle breeze.]

You're right. It is a good rain.

[Tech didn't recognize her, though he's aware she's from the other team. That doesn't mean he wants to get close to her. He inches back a bit because he just doesn't trust people right away.]

[He gives a short little nod agreeing with her.]

[Not taking offence to the way he subtly shuffles away Ali twirls a flower in her hand. She used to people not being as outgoing as her.]

We've not met before have we? I'm Alison but everyone calls me Ali. I'm on the other team and I'm friends with Mercy, though I know that isn't always a good way to introduce myself because not everyone gets on with Mercy. Or maybe I should say that Mercy doesn't get on with everyone else? Anyway! I kinda like the flowers too, they're nice. Makes things seem alright. You're the guy that Justin calls Gadget Boy aren't you? Tech? Sorry, I don't mean to be rude and call you gadget boy, I'm sure Justin means it nicely... kinda. He's an idiot anyway, I don't get what Mercy sees in him but who am I to judge hmmm?

I mean it's not like I don't have crushes on stupid people.

[Did she mention that she likes to talk? Lots.]

I like the flower wreath. [Waving a hand towards the laptop Ali smiles softly.]

[Tech doesn't react to anything she says, really. He keeps weaving flowers together, but he is listening. He's always listening even if he doesn't indicate it.

He does, briefly glance towards the laptop and the wreath.]
