Braised Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
2-3 slices bacon
1 ½ lb fresh brussels sprouts
2 TB good olive oil
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp freshly ground pepper
½ tsp Balsamic vinegar
Directions
Rinse sprouts in a colander and then take off any outside leaves that are discolored or damaged. Then trim down core by slicing off a bit of it. Cut sprouts in half unless
