It's gonna happen. But not without some input from you guys! The idea's been shown around and we've had a lot of mixed feedback on how things are right now so what we'd like to do is ask the community as a whole what it wants! I AM SORRY FOR SLOW HERE but I like this idea and we already talked about one possible situation with Two-Face. ;) SADLY, it wouldn't be to get back at Kate because... y'know but it would be a huge punch in the face to her when he got out. And personally I love Kate and Two-Face's negative CR, so it keeps her on the crazy lookout for him especially since of In Game events that led to hear learning certain things.

Alright :> Glad that's staying the same! What do you think about possibly catching some other villains, dealing with them, changing around the hostage ideas?

I like that it gives them some motive to get back at those who threw them in the jail in the first place. Hostage situations make both sides play it cautiously; a hero doesn't want to jump and have the hostage killed and a villain doesn't want to lose their meat shield immediately. I think it works, personally!

Great! :D So with a reduction in townies + some hero moves against villains pre-plot, do things sound a bit better? Are there other areas we can work on?

Yes, this was/is my major concern for the plot. Because the outline read as, "You are here. Then you are here." As if we were having everything dictated and done for us; being godmodded to do everything when in a large game like this (but in RP in general) it's impossible to do because each character is unique and we also don't know how they will react until we see what is going on. Some might not participate at all but watch from the side. Some might go their own route to handle whatever's going down. If the heroes initiate, we can still follow the outline but have organization on our side and relay it to the villain players/work with you guys at the same time. What I felt initially was that the villains had magically predicted every possible course of action the heroes would do which to me was OOC bleeding IC because it's impossible to know what say, characters like the Midnighter would do ( ... )

Yep! if this plan goes through there will be a battle/sign-up post made with a section for each villain, explaining their powers, weaknesses, permissions, best way to fight them, best combatants suited for them, as well as where they will generally be! And if there is a desired outcome the mun would like.

The "this here, that there" was more to help people get an idea of what is happening where--just because villains are gonna try and herd people to the castle doesn't mean they'll catch everyone and certainly not everyone will heed her warnings/messages--this is fine! Characters can react however they want at any time during the event, I just need to know where they are/when so I can have villains react accordingly :)

As long as Riful gets to deliver her surrender speech to the heroes everything after that is whatever you guys would like!

This sounds good to me. I cannot think of any more tweaking to be done right now hurrah 3am melts the brain but once the next draft comes up with the changes, we'll see from there? The plot is still a while away so I'm glad we're clearing the air here right now.
