[Before the meeting starts, people are welcome to filter in and snark or eat or whatever the heck they want.]

[Tear looks vaguely uncomfortable even with her poker face. Quite possibly, she has put baby!Luke to sleep for an afternoon nap and is hoping against hope that he doesn't get into trouble while she's gone.

She sips some tea and watches people as they come in.]

And in wanders Carson, looking a bit glad that he remembered where this place was.

And, as soon as he spots it, he makes a beeline for the tea to pour himself some, occasionally glancing around at the other people present.

Carson was never good at this type of thing, but he decided to just go along, anyway. It was all in the aim of helping people, right?

When it came to be his turn to make an introduction, he stands.

"Uh, hello. I'm Dr. Carson Beckett. I specialise in Emergency surgery, general practitioning and experimental medication, including genetics."

A pause as he takes a breath. "I was the chief surgeon and medical officer on the lost City of Atlantis for the past three or so years."

Peter was pleased to see so many people actually interested in helping out at the clinic. Even in a year he'd seen people come and go from the volunteer roster. Hopefully this group would stick around for a while.

"Hi," he greeted everyone with a wave. "My name's Peter. I was a paramedic back home in New York." He left it at that.

James Wilson.

[Those who know he's lying, feel free to call him out. Meanwhile, he'll just go back to his soap. He obviously cares much for organization and leadership.]

ORGANIZATION ofhymns December 11 2011, 15:50:21 UTC
[The clinic really doesn't have much in terms of leadership. Sakura, the rumored head of the clinic previously, has went missing and no one has stepped up in her absence. Aside from healers, there needs to be an authority. This is where people can volunteer to do so, if they have the desire to lead. When is the best time for someone to find you? Distinguishing between doctors in residence, nurses, assistants, and others is important too.]

FACILITIES ofhymns December 11 2011, 15:50:37 UTC
[If there's something you reasonably need to work, then we'll have to get ahold of it somehow. The castle can help. The recent renovations can also be discussed if desired!]

COOPERATION ofhymns December 11 2011, 15:50:56 UTC
[Working in tandem with evacuation groups and people like the Peace Patrol is something that should be considered so that the residents can be aided in a timely manner, and injuries can be prevented. Ideas on the topic and possible liasons should speak up.]
