[ Sakura had shelved all the notes and writings on justice and figuring out how to get Harvey on trial when she caught the time. Her heart stopped for a moment, thinking of all things she was about to be late. Late! She didn't want to be late!
It did mean she was making her wait out and finding him with an idea in the back of her mind that she might be late -- and she ends up finding James as he continues to command "Up!" of the brooms, with Scooter trotting at her heels, and a pink monkey on her shoulders.
Life is crazy, but that? Seeing that made her smile. ]
[ James will say up a few more times before he realises, hey, Sakura and Scooter are here! He turns and smiles, glad to see she's made it with a few companions.
What is that on her shoulder? ] Why do you have a pink money? Is this a mate of yours, Scooter? He wants to fly, too?
[ Scooter looks at James with the most long suffering look of long suffering that any goldenwhite pooch has given a wizard in this place called Paradisa.
Sakura smiles, shrugging her shoulders (and the monkey!) while clicking her tongue at the new friend and patting Scooter's ruff. The monkey looks between them, huffs, then descends to cling on to Scooter. Which sends him darting to the right, before he growls a little then settles down when the monkey chitters and thwaps him on the head.
It's a walking comedy, really! Sakura looks a little horrified by the animal shenanigans, if she makes herself smile. And keep her cool. She's so ready for this. What animals? Ignore the animals! There are no animals! ]
[ James watches the display, utterly fascinated, and it takes him a few moments to quit grinning like an idiot and staring at Scooter and the monkey before coming back to the job at hand. ] I've never really taught anyone to fly from scratch before, so, you'll be patient with me, alright? [ He grins. He's so excited for this.
Right. He's forgetting one very important thing! ] Oh, since you can't exactly write while flying ... unless you've found some way to do so, then we can have our journals up with us. I've done a few charms - [ and a few wishes ] - so that if you're feeling a bit iffy or unsure or you want to come back down to the ground, it'll send of little sparks. Like fireworks! And I'll somehow help you down. [ Somehow being levitate the broom down or ... something like that. James was Quidditch Captain. He can deal with this sort of stuff!
He glares down at her broom. ] Up! [ And up it goes. He does the same for his. ] You just need to ... sit on it. [ So he demonstrates, straddling it. ]
