[Sam ... is slightly worried about Faith. He's trying to give her space, because he doesn't want to end up in the clinic for getting his ass kicked, but every once in a while, he swings by the club to make sure that she's okay.

He doesn't go in, doesn't say hello, but he checks on her. he's not sure if anyone else is.

However, the castle has been giving people a glimpse into their own heads, and that's never a good thing for people who don't want to be there. When he stops by the club and she isn't there, he tracks down her room in the castle and knock on the door before pushing it open and frowning at the throng of people]

Faith?

[For the most part she's heard her named called out so many times over the past few days she's ignoring most of it. They all seem to know her or want to know her. It's possible they all think they know her. Some version of her.

It's frustrating. Hence the blocking it out.]

[forcing his way through a throng of people is easy when you're enormous, and Sam is moderately careful -- he's pretty sure most of these people are part of Faith's mind, but he doesn't want to do any actual damage. No one has figured out whether the room and the person's actual mind are connected yet.

Eventually, he finds her in the middle of the people]

Faith, hey -- you okay?

[Frowning, she glances up at him.]

Yeah... I'm -- this isn't right.

[takes a breath and scans the door again, before reaching down for her arm gently]

C'mon. Let's head out to the hallway and get you some air.

[msattentionspan]

[No touching!! She yanks her arm free from his grip, hard, probably enough to give him an idea of just how strong she is.]

Castle put me here. I'm not leaving until something happens.

[Oh, he knows how strong she is. He had the bruises to prove it once upon a time. his hands come up in a gesture of surrender, before crouching down so that he's eye level with her]

Look, Faith, the castle may have put you here, but this? This is your mind. And I don't know about you, but I don't want to spend more time in my own head than I have to.

[She shakes her head, see there's got to be a reason for this - there's got to be something here that she's supposed to see. All those lectures, all that shit everyone's been telling her about who she could be... she can't just walk out. Besides, she's already tried that.]

I've left. Every night I walk out that door and I end up right back in this room.

[frowns. there's the castle trying to tell you something, and there's the castle being cruel, but this -- this doesn't seem right]

Maybe there's something in here you need to do.

Whatever it is, it's gotta be in that room.

[his eyes look up to try and see what room she's referring to]

The one with the bouncer in front of it?

That'd be the one. [she nods, but really doesn't make much effort to move that way. She's tried it. Hundreds of times. Thousands probably and she's stubborn, but there is something to be said about doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting a different result.]
