Only a little bit lost, really, and considering how her first attempt at navigating the bus system had gone, Rin really felt like she was doing sort of well. She was going to be a few minutes late, though - it always took longer than she expected getting around - but then the place wasn't so hard to find, and she pushed her speed up to a job, blurting absentminded apologies as she jostled people and was jostled in turn.
It didn't quell the worry she was feeling entirely, of course. But being out there and active... it did help. A bit. It was a distraction. And, in the case of Neku... maybe a pretty fortuitous one.
He was a fairly distinctive looking kid, but there were enough people moving that it was hard to pick out just one, and as Rin neared the building she raised her voice for him anyway. "Neku? You here?"
Lucky for her, Neku wasn't wearing his headphones today. True, he did consider the option - but dismissed it almost right away, 'cause this was Rin, not exactly someone he deemed as irritating. He would probably end up wearing them around his neck all day, and in this weather? No way.
Raising his head, Neku instinctively looked around and... ugh. Should he call back? Wouldn't that attract attention?
