Nia was on her way back from her tutoring job, a bag in one of her hands. Inside were a few boxes of chocolate--upon asking the school children what would be a good gift for someone who was feeling sad, she had gotten a resounding answer of "chocolate!" So chocolate she bought.
She expected to find the sad person waiting in her room, not on the way to it. And it wasn't Yoko. Nia stopped, tilting her head. Well, perhaps he wasn't as sad as he was angry...

That wasn't a reply from the castle - not that Suboshi had really been expecting one.
He frowned, turning his head into the direction where the voice had come from. It didn't look like there was anyone else she could have been talking to...
"What do you want?" he asked. He didn't want to have anything to do with anyone here anymore. His brother had wanted him to make friends here, but what good did that do? He wasn't planning to stay here anyway.
"I do not want anything," Nia replied honestly, possibly not quite getting the obvious. She didn't understand that maybe this person wishes to be alone, because why would anyone willingly want that?
"You seem upset." That was obvious enough. Nia disliked seeing people upset, even if she didn't know them.
Suboshi wanted to tell the strange woman to leave him alone. She didn't know him. She didn't know anything. He opened his mouth, but closed it again and grimaced, looking away. Of course a request or a demand or anything else to the castle wasn't going to work, least of all when nothing so far had made any difference. He felt like an idiot.
"This place should be destroyed," he suddenly blurted out, angrily. "Where does it get all its power from? Why should it trap us here and decide everything that happens to us after that?!"

"Hail, fellow! Is there something wrong?"
