The doors were thrown open, and music drifts out into the hall. It is very welcoming and open; everyone should have memories of Dream, he was part of them all.

Please do come in, no need for an invitation; this sort of thing is free for all.

There is a table laden with the dishes Delirium had thought of. Anything and everything that seemed like it might be needed, some things from different worlds. Dreams go everywhere, why limit what they could try?

Feel free to eat and drink and be merry, a wake is where we celebrate their lives and give a happy send off to those now far away.

He reveled in it, and there came a time when he decided it should never end. He told those around him, everyone that would listen, that he would never die. He had found the secret, all you had to do was not die ( ... )

Barney comes, as he promised he would, but not in black. He has a feeling it wouldn't be right, somehow, not for someone who's Endless, someone who brought dreams to people. Dreams are anything but black, after all, and he's not dead. He comes in a white suit, instead, more of a blank canvas, and leans against a table, watching everyone mill around, trying to think of one particular dream that stands out against the thousands he's had in his lifetime. Finally, when there's a lull, he shakes his head, walks up, and dives in ( ... )
