Maybe this was some other kind of game, because if Shiki could be believed he should know her. Maybe that was the price? He shook his head to clear it before moving to the door and opening it.
She really did not look familiar but if that was his price then that would make sense.
Shiki smiled when he opened the door and let her in. He still looked the same: like a spicy tuna roll. After she stepped in, she glanced around his room, taking in every detail. So that's how he was...
"So Neku.." She began. "How come you had to be in the game for a third time?"
She didn't know what happened, but she decided she'd be there for him no matter what.
"The first time someone else won, and the second time the win wasn't valid because...I can't remember. The third time I won..." there was a pause, "I feel like pieces are missing though..."
He groaned, this place probably was a Game and it took something from him.
"...Didn't you say you lost something here too? The piggy?"
It would be just his luck to land into another Game...but he didn't remember dieing. Shiki said his fee was those memories, and he was fairly sure the Game only took one fee...

"Yeah. Come in," he stepped back to allow her in.

She paused for a moment. "But your entry fee was your memories when we were partners.."
Was this place another Game? Was that possible? It would make sense for other places to have their own form of the Game...
