[ Rescue! Iroh, Toph, Yue and Ty Lee ]

Yue had almost forgotten about Toph's ability. Although the girl was blind, earthbending allowed her to do amazing things that no one else could go. She wanted to get to know Toph better, and she hoped that after this fight.. It would be possible. "Please be careful, Sokka. Katara, Aang, Suki.. I'll be praying," she said softly, before following Toph's lead.

"Thank you, Toph," she told her as they walked back into the castle. "Do you feel anything?"

[geosense]

She raised an arm and stretched a finger upwards. "Fourteenth floor, Azula's room. Let's go," she said, dropping her arm and running for the rampstairs.

It was good, she realized, that she hadn't fixed them yet. It would be a lot easier to get up there now.

The girl came to a dead stop and felt the water tribe princess bump up
against her.

Toph grinned and centered them both on the landing of the stairwell while moving Yue's arms in a position to grip her tightly.

"Hang on, moon girl. We're going for a ride," was all she said before they shot off up the ramp on an elevated piece of earth.

Yue nodded a little and ran after Toph for the ramp. She didn't expect the girl to come to a short-stop when she bumped into her. "Sorry!" She blinked in confusion as Toph positioned her arms.

"What do-Oh my goodness!" she wanted to question her next words, but squeaked in surprise when they suddenly shot up on that elevated piece of earth.

"Wow, Toph! You're extremely talented," Yue smiled, clasping her hands infront of her when they reached their destination. She had never seen an earthbender in action before. Her smile faded though when she heard some of the panicking that still went on around the castle about the fight..

"How.. How did Princess Azula keep him here without anyone noticing.." she mentioned sadly, waiting for Toph to point out which room they had to inspect.

[ Azula vs. Aang ]

Azula glanced to either side of her as she watched her brother and her lackey begin to fight. Smirking, she turned straight ahead to face Aang. Taking a menacing step forward, she said, "You will be mine, Avatar."

Still, no bending. Something in the back of her mind reminded her that she was unlikely to win, but she ignored it. She took a dash forward, ready to attack or dodge, whatever came first.

Aang threw a worried glance at his friends. He couldn't just stand around doing nothing, least of all when they'd come out here to help him. He wasn't going to let Azula hurt any of them. He'd do his part and try to keep her busy.

Turning his attention to the Fire Nation princess when she moved towards him, Aang's expression grew determined, a frown appearing on his face. "Oh yeah? You still haven't caught me," he retorted quickly before hastily jumping back when she dashed forward, letting a gust of air get him out of the way faster. Landing, he decided to rely on what Toph had been teaching him and make use of some earthbending next, sending part of the ground rippling into Azula's direction.

Azula frowned. That was all the airbenders were good for: running. She quickened her pace and noticed the ripple approaching her. Just before it possibly hit her, she dodged it with a bit of a flip. As she landed, she landed with one leg underneath her and one extended in a sliding kick.

If she could just knock him down for one second...

[ Suki vs. Sokka ]

Suki smirked, and looked the water tribe boy up and down.

Weak. At least--compared to her. And her special training.

With a small cry she lashed outwards, fan extending and swiping towards his face. The look of horror and confusion in his eyes just made him look even more pathetic, and she couldn't help but giggle.

She had never felt better.

Sokka panicked. What?! As she swiped her fan, he stumbled backwards a little and reached for his machete. He held it up to his face for defense. He really really didn't want to hurt her, as he knew he'd probably regret it. Under these circumstances, though, he figure he'd might have to, anyway.

Her fan clashed against the machette and the reverberations sent her leaping back. No worries--she landed on her feet lightly and began to circle her target.

"You and your friend's don't stand a chance against us. Princess Azula and Prince Zuko are the elite of the Fire Nation."

She lunged forward, bearing down hard and sending a number of blows with her fan towards his face, barely giving him time to react with his machette. She smirked--if she kept up this pace she'd wear him out--

and she was just getting started.

[ Zuko vs. Katara ]

Katara just couldn't believe it. When did Zuko join Azula's side?! There was no time to think though, and she was relieved when Toph was able to safely bring Aang back to their side. But all Azula had to do was speak those words, and her team grew bigger... Suki was her's again. Knowing Sokka could handle it, Katara turned to the Fire Nation Prince.

"Zuko! What are you doing?!" she asked angrily, bending some of the water from the lake around her.

Zuko smirked coldly, giving Katara the most heartless look he was able. For some odd reason, it was harder than it should have been. He frowned, and crossed his arms before the waterbending girl. "Taking back my throne," he said coldly, staring down the girl.

For some odd reason, he couldn't keep himself from feeling slightly choked up.

" .. what?" Katara almost choked and stared at him, loss for words. Taking back his throne? This.. sounded a lot like the Zuko from back home. The one who chased the Avatar. Not the Zuko she knew here!

"So everything.. was a lie? After I trusted you?!" she screamed, sending out a waterwhip to grab his ankle. She didn't want to hurt him though, and it lashed at the ground by his feet instead.

"I thought you had changed!"

Over the commotion he heard in the halls and from the little hints he picked up on the journal, Julian knew something was up with Suki and her crew. When he looked outside the window to discover a battle going on, there was little to think about. He had to get down there and help Suki. Even without his powers, he had to make some effort to protect her. He was powerless, but not without power. He wasn't just in the New X-Men because of his good looks, you know.

Running out to the battlefield, he had hoped to run straight into the fray without any intervention, but he knew there was someone out there guarding the place. If he got in his way, he wouldn't take it lightly.
