Thread: And this tea party [Miwako and Kanda]

What: Exploring the town and getting some green tea

Where: Castle entrance and then the town
Rating: PG to PG-13 because of Kanda's filthy mouth

Miwako closed the door to her room behind her, making sure to keep her poufy skirt from getting caught in the door. She hums, probably a tune she made up just now, and carefully descends to the bottom floor (yesterday she tried skipping down the stairs, and she had tripped and hurt herself). She pauses for a moment to fix her hair and check for her medicine, and then jumped off the last stair onto the floor.

Miwako was excited. She couldn't even remember the last time she had gone to do something fun. Although this Kanda guy -- no, she still preferred 'Yuu Yuu Panda' in her mind -- had made her upset, she was still looking forward to a parfait.

She spots Kanda, however, and runs over excitedly. She looks him up and down, and notices the sword.

"You're Yu-- er, Kanda?? How come you're wearing a sword?" She wastes no time in being her same curious self, smiling brightly at Kanda.

Kanda's hand went for the sword when he felt someone approaching him rapidly. It was exorcist reflexes, it couldn't be helped. For an exorcist all humans became enemies. Anyone could be an Akuma after all. Turning his eyes to the girl, he gave an irritated, "Hn."

"Yes, you're... Miwako, right?"

Then he shrugged, "I prefer to keep my sword with me." This girl was so bubbly, Kanda was a little concerned for his patience and a little unwilling to make her cry again.

If he did that he'd never hear the end of it from Ravi and the others.

Sigh. He was killing the redhead when he returned.

"Yup! Miwako is Miwako!" She smiles happily and tugs on her hair a bit.

She glances at the sword again, and back directly at Kanda's face. "Ooh ... are you like a mighty warrior, Kanda?? ♥"

Miwako was a little confused now, though. Besides the sword, Kanda did not look nearly as threatening as he had sounded earlier. Maybe it was the capital letters. She keeps the smile on her face, though, and glances towards the door. She's eager to get out and explore.

Blinking several times, Kanda gave a nod. Okay. So this was the right person. "I'm an exorcist." Kanda replied and gave a shrug again, he began moving out the door and down the path, tossing Miwako an expecting look. She was coming right? Besides the sooner they went, the sooner he could come back to kill several people. Preferably with Mugen, but if not this scarf would come in handy, he adjusted it around his neck comfortably.

He wasn't in as bad of a mood as he had been yesturday either. Maybe it was the rest and the break from all the idiots. Kanda was not tolerant of what constituted as stupidty in his eyes.
