[The new decorations were a little peturbing, but Ukitake wasn't quite sure if this was supposed to be happening as it approached Halloween, perhaps the custom was to get scarier and scarier as the date came closer.
So he was ignoring the random tappings and groanings, instead focusing on his SUPER DUPER HALLOWEEN COSTUME!
He's bought meters of chicken wire and orange felt, and he's currently sitting in the entrance hall (because there wasn't enough room in his bedroom to work with the newly added coffin decoration the castle kindly provided) tangled up in the chicken wire and covered in felt offcuts.]
...Perhaps if I just moved this bit over here, then-- ow!
