[Despite Claire's effort, Leon doesn't stop to consider her plea. What did she think this was, the Wesker and Jill fight from Resident Evil 5? [ And take that chance she will. Keeping her distance, Claire spun around and kicked the gun out of his hand, watching it as it went flying in the distance. This definitely wasn't something she was used to doing to Leon. ]

[Leon seemed to hesitate for a moment after his weapon had gone clattering off toward the other side of the courtyard, before shaking off any effect that her voice might have had on him, and pulling out his big-ass combat knife from where it was strapped to his person.

[ Another roll, but this time she was quick to land on her feet. Claire knew she couldn't stand her ground against a man with military training, but she'd do her best to keep him off of her. Not having much time to think, she lunged forward towards him, grabbing a hold of the arm that held the knife. ]
