[Lloyd is in the kitchen tonight, the first time he has been since he tried to force his way in over a week ago. He's waiting for Yuuri, sitting at the counter and writing something on a slip of paper he tore from somewhere. There are things scattered around on the counter near him, bowls and spoons and a container of flour. Baking, most likely.]

[He's a little late, mostly because escaping from his shadow is difficult, and as much as he enjoys spending time with Lloyd, the kitchen just upped itself on the list of his least favourite places in the castle. The ghosts were bad enough, and recent events didn't help.

But, he gets there, so have him trying to peek over your shoulder curiously]

Watched who do what?

[He jerks, and nearly rips the scrap of paper he's writing on a good one. On any other day, under any other circumstances, it wouldn't have scared him that badly, but his nerves are on edge just being in here.]

-- Y... Yuuri!

[Well the excessive reaction shocks him, because he's done this before and it was never that bad. After a moment he looks back over his shoulder to see if there's anything behind him and sees nothing]

-- Sorry. Sorry, I just--.... [He doesn't really have a good explanation other than "Colette is dead", so he swallows hard and moves on.]

I'm... trying to remember one of Genis' recipes.

[Allen's coming into the kitchen to get some food when he sees these two]

Yuuri? Lloyd? What are you two doing?

[He looks up and smiles, albeit a little faintly.]

Hey. [a vague gesture at the stuff piled on the counter.] We were just thinking about making something.

[It's cool, you are cooking where Colette -- yeah]

Oh yeah? What are you thinking about making?

[simpledoes]

Cake. [He taps his pen a little.] ... If I can remember how to do it, I mean.

[Hi. Sorry but...this one has been watching quietly for a while now.]

[fucking creepers. Lloyd, at least, is distracted enough trying not to think about Colette AND remember Genis' old recipe at the same time.]

... I mean, seriously, does it really matter how many eggs we use?

[If you want to bake with us just say so, dude.]

[Well, he quietly walks in, and looks at the array of ingredients. He's no master chef/baker but...]

Do you need some help?

[He starts a little. It's not as bad as it was with Yuuri, but you still managed to startle him.]

-- Huh? Oh, uh, I'm okay. I'm just... trying to remember.

[Oh, you boys. She came down for a snack but upon seeing who's in the kitchen (they're clearly trouble makers), she can't help but be a tad curious]

What are you two up to?

[simpledoes]

[Not troublemakers! Just two very derpy boys who Trouble likes to follow around.]

We're just... trying to make something.

[slightlystunned]

[...It's a little painful to watch the fail. She chirps, a bit distressed.]

Do you need any help?

[simpledoes]

[I AM SO SORRY GISELLE. He takes a second to look between her and the stuff on the table since.... she's still kind of a bird.]

No offense, but.... Wouldn't it be kind of hard?

[She hops toward him a bit, landing on the edge of a mixing bowl.]

Oh, not at all! I've found that animals can be more helpful than people give them credit for. Back home, they even helped me make a dress!

Seriously? [And he smiles a little, shrugging.] Then, sure. We could use all the help we can get.
