[Emil's taking his time writing out some things in his journal. He's sitting at the counter in the kitchen with a sandwich on a plate and a glass of juice right next to him. Sadly, he's too busy with his journal to om-nom-nom on the sandwich. ♥]

[Luke frequents the kitchen often. Since he's never seen Emil before, he walks right by, and proceeds to start pulling things out of cupboards. A baking sheet, a bowl, a measuring cup, that sort of thing. And a pot, because he can.]

Let's see... cookies, cookies, cookies...

Wait. Where's that recipe? [He empties his pockets. All six of them. Still no sign of it.] Aaaaaugh! Where could it have gone?! I didn't go through all that trouble in Keterburg just to lose my touch, damn it!

[Emil can't help but look up from all the noise and watches as the red-head frets. He feels bad for the guy and decides if he could be of any help.]

Er....excuse me...

[!!! Luke pauses in his frustrations and glances back at Emil, looking mildly annoyed. He's also in his ridiculous sumo position, like a little kid mid-tantrum. B| ♥]

[Ack, that tone of voice. Emil doesn't even notice the heart above Luke's head because he's so nervous. ♥]

Uh...um....are you trying to make something?

[Because Subaru needs more MPD people in his life, apparently... have an unfamiliar woman awkwardly making her way around the kitchen. She looks lost, but also... almost like she's trying to avoid someone, but we'll see how long that goes...]

[Shhhhhh. MPD people are awesome.

Emil's still going to be preoccupied writing in that journal because that boy definitely has a lot to private filter about. Sorry Subaru.]

[Spooked by the sudden noise and voice, he quickly glances up from the journal which is now being tightly crushed against his chest.]

A-are you okay?

[Because the MPD people stick together, have a Haru wandering in and rummaging about the cupboards.]

Hmmm.

[Apparently, it takes a while to decide what to eat]

[You bet they do.

Hearing noises, Emil glances up from his journal to see who else is in the kitchen.]

Um...excuse me. Are you looking for something?

[And Haru glances at him from where he's rummaging]

Something to eat maybe, I don't know what I feel like eating yet.

[chuckles] That happens to me too.
