Well it's.....pretty normal, really. I live in Japan, I go to high school, there's nothing really special about it. [...Mostly. >>] How about you, Emil?

Japan? Is that a country?

Er....I live in a world named Aselia. It used to be two separate worlds, Sylvarant and Tethe'alla. They merged together two years ago, but some problems have come up.

Wow, so there are worlds different from earth here, too? Interesting. Hope they aren't too bad for you. The problems, I mean.

What's it like in Japan?

Yeah, but I think the most common is Earth, just different versions of it.

[He scratches behind an ear.] The weather is abnormal. Monsters are growing in size and are coming to places where they previously wouldn't be located at. It's just....plain chaos.

I was on a journey to fix it, but...something came up and...well...now I'm here. [a squirrel sigh]

Well....it's very peaceful and..well, polite, I suppose. For the most part. I like living there, anyway.

Wow, that sounds like quite a world to come from. I guess it makes this castle a little easier to cope with. When it does strange things, at any rate.

This place is good at plucking us out at awkward times. I was going to meet the head of my family, it was a big deal.

It took me at a really bad time.

It is if you're trying to fix something.

It was, and it's a bit worrying why he would want to see us....or why he was there in the first place. I guess I'm just going to have to wait until I go back to find that out.

Well...it's more that I learned something really important and it affects how the future of my world turns out.

A lot, I come from a very, very large family. There are members I haven't even met yet.

I only have my aunt and uncle.

Hmmm. It must be peaceful, having a small family like that.

I...don't know. They never liked me...
