[Raine is on her way back to the hotel after a long but fruitful day of searching for Pokemon and training. Her Skitty is out of its Pokeball, as usual, and it stops as soon as it notices the Umbreon. Raine, who is admittedly paying more attention to a pamphlet about the Safari Zone than she is to her surroundings, nearly trips over it.]

Oh! I'm sorry, Skitty, I--Emil!

[Umbreon quickly goes over to Emil's side and sits down. Just in case the silver-haired woman almost trips over it again.] Umbreon?

[pause, then cue Pokedex!]

Umbreon, the Moonlight Pokemon. Umbreon evolved as a result of exposure to the moon's waves. It hides silently in darkness and waits for its foes to make a move. The rings on its body glow when it leaps to attack.

Right, I mean, its tail is totally different, but--[Raine laughs]--what a perfect Pokemon for you, Emil! I wouldn't have guessed there was a Pokemon that looked like Tenebrae.

Ah-! [He looks down beside him and smiles.] It does look like Tenebrae! [He kneels down and hugs Umbreon.]

Un, un! [it nuzzles Emil in return]

[After the hug, Emil with arms still wrapped around Umbreon, notices the Skitty.]

Is that your Pokémon, Professor Raine?

Ah! [startled a bit as he didn't expect someone else to be out here] Y-yes! Eevee evolved into an Umbreon.

[Umbreon stares at the young man as he reaches out with a hand. The Pokémon cocks its head out of curiosity as Lau sort of waves his hand. Emil notices Lau's attempt and covers his mouth, hoping to cover his laughter. He nudges the Umbreon a bit forward, hoping it will take the hint. Umbreon is a smart one and perks up. It walks closer to Lau, practicually postitioning itself in front of the man and takes a seat in the grass.]

Oh. I never got your name last time.
