Well, Ruby may have taught me about this thing before I dared to mess with it, but what she failed to mention is that the thing likes to dictate even when you don't tell it to. It started when I opened it instead of when I started writing in it. How lovely.

Anyway, I really, really hate journals. But since this is sitting here, and it might help me to collect my thoughts about recent events, and mostly because Horatio told me to before I even got here, I might as well keep up with it. (Besides, this thing might decide to write for me if I don't.)
I have to note though, that the fact that it is connected to other peoples journals is... disheartening. Is there any way to write private notes instead of public ones? That's another thing I don't remember Ruby covering...
