[004] miss barnabas meets the world... sort of...
[no puppy sounds. sorry puppy is sleeping. so Elle is being *quiet* because puppy just got to sleep and it's been a long day of puppy. Puppy with Del so it's at least good on that level. But Elle is writing now glancing behind her every so often to make sure it's still breathing.]
So the this morning Del and I went for a walk. Walks are good and then walks end you up at pet stores and puppies end up in arms and then suddenly brilliant plans are hatched and now there is puppy. Well the puppy is Miss Barnabas and Del and I are going to share her. Or both take care of her. Or something. I don't really know how we're going to work it out but I know that it's in my room now sleeping. [goes to check again] Yeah it's sleeping.
Del's had a puppy before, but I never have so I just really hope that it's okay and safe.

So I know I was going to just do some research and help you figure out what kind of puppy to get Del, but then things got confusing and I think I was talking about something else, and then she looked upset and I hate it when she looks upset and she asked if I wanted the puppy too? And I mean it's pretty cute? So I said okay and I know you promised her a puppy but now she has one with me? I don't want you to be upset, but I also really need help with this... because it's alive and depending on me. I couldn't even keep a plant alive in Hartsdale.
