[He's either somewhere on the Rue De Rivoli or en route to a hospital.]

[Either way, he's not in much of a position to reply. There might be a faint growl, but nothing coherent.]

[That faint growl is enough for her to know he's alive. Without a location, though, the best guess she can make is to head toward the hospital. Carson might already be there and if she can, she'll drill him for information.

Shit. The hospital's really the best bet she can make at this point. Screw trying to wave down a taxi, she'll just run. She's just lucky that she's not slipping or sliding much on the ice and snow on the way. With her heart in her throat, she's arriving in the emergency room in about fifteen minutes, not exactly out of breath from the run (thank you training) but a little out of sorts. Already, she's stomping up to the reception and trying to get information with her extremely limited French. Where is he? Is he okay? Big guy. Big, bald guy who growls. Was here earlier this week with an infection? That big guy.]

[The receptionist is a little befuddled, between the language barrier and vague information about the patient in question. A passing nurse overhears and pauses long enough to rattle off new information to hte receptionist, who nods and turns to Carolina,]
