But his new ice powers had finally driven him out into the public again.  He'd already learned the hard way that it was a BAD idea to go too long without letting some ice energy loose.  Bad, as in

[Danny comes flying down the hallway, barely paying any attention to the kid.]

[She’s glancing at the room number and name of each door as she passes, looking for her own. Most of her attention is focused on this task when a blur of motion catches her eye, coming towards her fast. She instinctively puts up a quick shield spell, just something simple to block a possible collision or attack.]

[He absentmindedly goes intangible, intending to go straight through any obstacles. Like walls. And ceilings.]

[If Danny heads east of the castle towards the trees by the theatre, he may see some greenery tumbling down or rustling from someone within them. If he gets closet, he will spot the gothic lolita running through some exercises with a pair of katana.]

[Well, that looks like a nice isolated spot. No one to worry about accidentally turning into ice statues. Danny heads for it, and then backpedals.

She jumps out of the way of a falling tree and just floats in midair, staring at nothing in particular as she catches her breath.]
