[Sir Durge does not trust the magical, talking book. Not one bit. He isn't very comfortable with magic to start off with, but this object does not seem like any he's encountered before. In the very least he is mildly certain it isn't sorcery. But what did he know? He was just a knight.

That seems to be the case. Strange, how it seems we are all as royalty here, if these quarters are any indication of the rest of the castle, and yet there is no lord.

It seems odd that there is no around to guide or control whatever magic brings us here. Ever there has been a sorcerer or a necromancer or even a god behind such things, even if they did not work openly. Maybe there is, and they yet hide themselves from our sight.
