[ nudge is in the city today, walking around the shopping district and looking through all the windows. she's looing out for something that will inspire her for her halloween costume! she already knows what she's going as, but her costume ideas so ar are a little plain, and she needs some ideas for embellishments

[Terezi is exploring the town for the very first time today. She isn't entirely sure what the point of this town existing is, but then again, being here in this world still confuses the shit out of her.

At present, she notices a very familiar friend from the castle not too far away. Without warning, she appears right by the curly-haired girl's side and gently pushes against her.]

Nudge! HAHAHAHA! [Yeah, she's pretty corny. But it's okay. Grinning widely, Terezi leans against her walking cane and continues to laugh.] Bet you've heard that one before, huh?

[percepts]

[ nudge turns and sees terezi. she grins. :3 ]

Aaaaaactually, not as much as you'd think! It's a pretty obvious one, huh, and I would have though I'd have gotten tired of all the 'nudge' jokes by now, but nooope. You're actually the first person to say one, so...

[ she gives her a thumbs up! and then... ]

I'm giving you a thumbs up, by the way. Or can you... sense that... ?

[Terezi laughs again and straightens up.] Well, then, of course I'm the first troll to say one. And at least it was kind of funny, haha!

[She looks towards the general direction of Nudge's thumb and frowns for a few seconds.]

[And then, without warning, she forms her own thumbs up and BUNPS it lightly against Nudge's. It's not directly against Nudge's, though, because it's not like she can see it. >:]]

Of course I can smell that! How would I be able to kick imp ass if I couldn't even smell a single hand?

[ whoa hey wassup. nudge looks at this guy interestedly, cocking her head at him. ]

Whoa, you're really polite. I don't I've ever been called my lady before... [ she takes a pause to reflect on this. ] I think I like it! Yeup, I'm from the castle too! How did you guess? Wait, no, don't answer that, it must be obvious. Most of the townspeople are okay, but they just have this kind of vibe about them, you know? And they definitely wouldn't talk to you as much as I'm talking to you right now.

Did I answer your question from before? I'm looking at clothes. What about you, Geoffrey?

I'm Felicity-Marie, but you can just call me Felicity. [ she gives a little curtsy! there's no reason for the lie, other than the fact that she misses giving out fake names. ] The townspeople won't tell you anything useful, so if you have questions, it's a lot better to either read the journal or ask someone up at the castle. I tried asking some of the kids to come up to the castle and see the beach, but they didn't even wanna do that.

Just looking, today! I'm trying to get ideas for my costume.
