Something tells me you don't quite agree. [She's a little fed up with the leaves and the fact that her armor's in the castle, but otherwise she's used to roughing it.]

[James is sat in a hammock in a tree, one book propped open on his chest while another lays on his stomach, and he looks oddly comfortable up there even if the hammock isn't perfectly set up.

At hearing someone crunching by though he waves at her, not moving his eyes from his book.]

[He chuckles at that, the thought had crossed his mind.] No, not to terribly worried, besides the leaves breaking my fall I have, fallen out of worse things in the past. [Never mind the fact that it had been when he was younger and could take the punishment, but that was besides the point.]

[She's going to take a break from her work to shift her weight slightly and cross her arms, looking up at him expectantly.]

...Before the outposts were built, I lived there for a time to get away from the castle. [There's obviously more to it than that, but that's what you're getting out of him without the use of alcohol.]

[She's really not one to get down and dirty with alcohol. That's something she leaves to Washington, who's made an art of it.]

It is good to get a way now and again.

I'm starting construction on a control tower and landing pad for the Falcon, and eventually I'll be moving myself out there. I've got it close enough to the castle to still be a quick assist, but hopefully far enough that the sound levels from the enginges shouldn't be a problem.

[Rookie is sort of forcing his way through the leaves, trying to reach a nearby tree. At least until he spots Kat, causing him glance briefly between both her and then the branch he was trying to reach.

Thinking better of what he had previously intended to do, there's only a small shake of his head before the ODST turns towards her with a small lift of his hand in greeting.]
