[Ray's already warming up to this Kicked Out of the Castle thing, and got up with the sun. he spent the morning wishing up things, and residents in his vicinity might wake up to the sound of rustling leaves. if anyone cares to investigate, he's wished up several of those huge, Halloween-themed leaf bags, and is stuffing them. there are pumpkins

I can't say I've ever been a big fan of camping.

[Danny was grumpy today. He was still too suspicious of the castle wishes to be willing to make any of his own. And so he had spent the night on a pile of leaves. He still had several of them sticking in his hair. And he was still wearing his pajamas. The only positive to the entire situation was the fact that he couldn't really feel the cold. Having a ghost half with ice powers was useful that way.]

Hey, Danny. Pull up a leaf bag. [he grins, flipping over some sausages] And don't get too bummed about it... it's probably not gonna last too long. Maybe a few days. A week at the most.

It's camping. One day is too long. Some kind of horrible disaster always happens.

[He flops down on the nearest leaf bag.]

Oh, it's not gonna be that bad. Come on, what's the worst that could happen?

[And this is one Viking boy, half-limping over and rubbing sleep from his eyes. He'd been pretty comfortable in the leaves the nice before.]

Hey, thanks, Hiccup! They're almost done... I've got English muffins and cheese to go with 'em. Breakfast sandwiches! You can help yerself when they're ready. How's it going? You don't seem like this bugs ya much.

It doesn't, I guess.

[Hiccup will just drop himself a little awkwardly to a seat near the fire, helping himself to one of the English muffins.]

I mean, the weather's not bad, and it's not like we're cut off from the castle's supplies.

Yeah, it could be a helluva lot worse. [he grins as he flips the sausages] How's your fiery death thingie coming along?

Well, yeah, who wouldn't? It's not even really a hundred percent "real" camping, yanno? We can still wish up stuff.

Geez, I can't say I was ever shot at while I was camping. ... course, I was always careful not to go during hunting season.
