I know Tony Stark had been working on something steam powered before he left.

Did he leave anything useful behind, like his findings?

He did, indeed. There were loads of notes. He also completed a steam powered vehicle that's ready to be tested. I just haven't quite had the chance to do so... I don't know if anyone else has had the honors, yet, either.

Really? [He sounds delighted by this.] Well! I've just found someone who can drive [ draws a line] so maybe we can test it out? I can at least help test it inside the border, too.

That'd be brilliant! Normally I'd volunteer to do the driving, myself, but it may be easier to suss out any issues if I'm not otherwise occupied.

Doesn't mean you can't get behind the wheel at least once. How else are you going to test out the adjustments?

As if I could pass up this chance. [He laughs. He's grinning like a kid on Christmas] But having multiple drivers wouldn't be a bad idea.

It would also help on long journeys. Say you're going to be traveling for a couple of your days at a time. Isn't it better to switch off from time to time?

Oh, absolutely. It's not safe to drive tired, after all.

Exactly. And getting stranded out where you have to walk back all that way? I'll pass.

That's why I never go anywhere without my TARDIS if I can help it. [he laughs]

Well, and I never go anywhere without my lightcycle - but those are a little easier to carry with you than most User vehicles.

Your lightcycle? I'm afraid I'm not sure what that is.

I'll just have to show you sometime then, won't I?

I'd like that very much, Gibson, thank you.
