Commander. [ She leaves to venture out into the town on her own with her leader's dismissal; there's plenty to be seen in this world, plenty to do...plenty to feed from. So she heads where she'll find the hustle and bustle of those within the arts district--there's so much here now, so many easy victims to prey on...
It's like being able to select the finest cuts to dine upon herself. No longer an Aspect and entirely a predator, yellow eyes scan the crowd for a meal.
And land upon the form of several townspeople conversing as they head toward the back end of a shoppe. Dinner is served. ]
They'd become estranged as brother and sister, that much was true. But Deathwing could still sense certain changes within the Lifebinder, knew when the slightest shift in her mood occurred. And, of course, he could smell her from miles and miles away. Right now, she smelled of a horrific taint, an evil while, familiar to Deathwing, had no business lurking in the body of Alexstrasza.
So but a moment after Alexstrasza arrives to feast, Deathwing is also there, albeit in the form of a shadow lurking underneath her feet. Deathwing makes no attempt to hide his presence: she's being watched, and carefully. ]
[ It makes her eyes narrow and her senses flare--she can't divine the exact location of those prying eyes but she feels them nonetheless. And it irritates her. Her prey will have to wait until she deals with this, logic dictates--so in the blink of an eyes she vanishes from where she once stood and touches down soundlessly on the roof of the closest building. ]
[ The shadow, however, is persistent. It follows her, through alleys and up walls, until it returns to her side. It seems mischievous, taunting her with the knowledge that she cannot identify its source. ]
--Insolent terran. You dare seek to order me? [ ...oh, bad words bro )8 her eyes narrow and flash angrily as she bristles and hatred blazes from every fibre of her being ]
Dragon. [ His pride is quick to correct her on this point. ] And honestly, do you intend to fight me? Because rest assured, I've no qualms against harming you.
[ A dark chuckle. ]
I, for one, think you happen to look all the more ravishing when bruised and broken.
[ In that instant she is gone and the delicate-seeming fingernails on her hand have lengthened to deadly claws as sharp as diamonds as she arrives behind him and makes a swipe at his lower back--an area on terrans where it is easy to reach the spine ]
[ Unfortunately for Alexstrasza, Deathwing is a fair bit faster than your ordinary terran. Instead of tearing sweet flesh, her fingers meet the shaft of his mace instead as he whips around in the literal blink of an eye to parry her blow.
And now his foot is raising to give her a swift kick in the abdomen. ]
[ It connects solidly and causes a grunt to escape her--but rather than find herself worse off for it she manages to get her feet underneath her so that she can skid to a stop, eyes bright and a darkened expression on her face. And if he's attentive enough, Deathwing might notice a slight tugging feeling--Alexstrasza's split-second attempt to draw on his own power.
Her mastery of life has translated into a bastardization of her former power--contact with her allows her to feed upon the energy of her opponents and use it to fuel her own ]
[ And some of his energy is indeed sucked away, not so much out of weakness, but out of surprise. However, this doesn't aggravate him; rather, he seems amused by it, amused by this cruel twist of fate that's befallen her. ]
Gods willing, you won't remember this. Otherwise, I fear the tears may never cease.
[ The mace disappears in a burst of flame as Deathwing lunges forward with his own claws extended. ]

Out for a drink, sister?
[ Not only does he know what she's become, he's utterly reviled by it, his disgust plain in the way his lip curls at her. ]
Or should I say monster?

Who are you to address me as such, wretch?

There's no time for explanations. Suffice to say, the castle's had its way with you.
[ He approaches her with dastardly intent in his eyes... ]
And now, you're coming with me. We're isolating you until this mess is over, for your own good.
