[...that's all chopper can manage as he shuts the journal and sets it aside next to himself. he's sitting right outside the door of room 202. this was zoro's room. zoro's old room. he'd assumed his crewmate had just gotten lost and after searching around with perona, he'd realized that he hadn't checked the room

[ in which karen will be looking around the castle for chopper. she starts from the bottom so luckily, she'll show up around the corner of floor two in fifteen minutes and spotting chopper. ]

[his ears twitch a little when he suspects someone might be nearby, and when he looks up and sees someone familiar nearby he quickly wipes at his face and waves, attempting a small smile. HE'S OKAY............. :(]

Mm, I'll be okay! [the response is forcefully cheerful] But it's weird... Zoro was here before, and we were in the library with Robin, and we were reading, and now he's gone back home.

[Sanji already knows. He'd been yelling at the idiot for a while, and going by his door yielded... nothing. He couldn't bring himself to announce it, though, and undoubtedly make poor little Chopper feel like crap. Unfortunately, letting Chopper discover it on his own isn't doing much more to not make him feel like crap. Much as he hates that idiot, they are a team.]

Oi. Chopper. He's back on the Sunny. Won't be long till we're heading back, too.

I-I know. Zoro just got to go back before all of us. [which, if he'd has anything to say about it, it wouldn't have turned out that way in the first place. to be separated beyond their control again was enough, now its happened again, and they're left here waiting for another reunion...]

Sanji, we're a crew so... I won't cry. And we'll stay here and wait, and help Robin read her books, and we'll visit you at work, and we'll make sure Perona's okay, and-- [the words stop there]

That's right. He just got lucky and got to go back before us. [Sanji might have something different to say about how lucky it is to get sent home, personally, but Choppah-Choppah can form his own opinions.] We'll find him again sooner or later.

...Good. No tears for them, they're gonna be just fine, and so are you and me, and Robin-chan, and Perona-sama. And hey, so's everyone else in this crazy castle we're stuck in here.
