Have you tried adding spices or something?

Things happen. Sometimes....there's things you want to say to people or...things you don't know you want to say, and then....something happens and you can't say the things to that person.

I once had a loss that lasted a month, although that is very rare. It's possible your loss has changed, if you were injured previous to this?
