[If anyone's looking for Anya, she's sitting on the roof, looking out over all of Paradisa. She's got her journal open on her lap, but it's a while before she writes anything.]This place is called "Paradisa," which sounds a lot like Paradise. Does anyone actually find it so idyllic here to deserve such a title? It's hardly a beautiful utopia here. ( Read more... )

I think that might've been something the earliest residents tacked on as a name, once they found out 'bout the wishes. I mean, until all the shit started hitting the fan, who wouldn't think a place that granted wishes was Paradise?

It's prob'ly one of those names that just ... stuck.
