Valentine's Day sure was interesting. Are holidays here normally celebrated with that much zest? I wonder if anyone here is familiar with White Day. I bet the castle doesn't do anything for it, though.

Either way, I guess I should be on my toes.

Also, I don't think I like how easily people seem to disappear from here.

Just because the castle skimps out on a couple of celebrations doesn't mean you have to as well. [A beat.] I always thought this place was a little biased for the more commercialized holidays.

I'd say it's less 'skimps' and more 'over exaggerates'. But I suppose you have a point.

Is it? Maybe it's just the Western holidays.
