So, right in the middle of the lobby, nestled in with all of its other heart-themed decoration brethren, is the Cube. With a red bowl full of candy hearts resting right on top. It's perfect! It's as if it has

[The cube catches Felix's eye as he walks past. Sadly, he doesn't realize that the Cube in, in fact, a resident, and not a random piece of Valentine's Day decoration, especially with that cheery bowl on candy on top of it. Felix walks up to it and looks around, suddenly compelled by a burst of curiosity. No one was around. What could a little taste hurt. He randomly picks up a heart, quickly reading the words "PET A LOT" with a smirk before popping it into his mouth.

I hope he enjoys the candy.

[Perplexed by this voice out of nowhere, Felix quirks his head to the side. Huh? Was it...the cube? He crouches down to see.

What and adorable little Cube. Felix is...compelled to reach out and touch it, running a hand along and edge.]

[walks up and leans on that cube, just surveying the scene, candy hearts everywhere. As he's standing there, he pops one into his mouth without looking to see what it says]

[the Weighted Companion Cube is glad to be useful. It is glad to be leaned on. It is glad to support this man, while he looks around, and eats a candy heart that says MY HERO]

[he blinks for a moment before looking down at Cubie. He had never noticed what a BRILLIANT cube it was]

Oh, you marvelous thing!

[he gets down on his knees to get a better look] Just lookit you! Sittin' there, holding that candy. I can't think of anything else that could do that nearly as well. And to think. If I tripped, you'd be right there for me to grab onto to keep myself from falling flat on my face.
