We work together at home against a common threat that isn't here, sure. But even then, Wash isn't exactly a team player. He's most comfortable alone and he hates authority because it's screwed him over so many times. But Noble-Two's not only worked on teams her entire life, she also outranks him.
I work well with both of them because I compromise and I don't mind Wash taking the lead.
