[ Why yes, it is time for a kitchen post. Prince isn't really one to take advantage of all the modern facilities - some are convenient, it's true, but they're still suspicious in a way that he can't really put his finger on, and loud - but stopping in to get a fresh piece of fruit and a drink of water is always okay ( Read more... )

[Ashura was still not friends with the microwave, but he got along well enough with the stove and oven, and the fridge and freezer were his best friends ever (they held all the ice cream and other sugar delights). And he was in need of both sugar and something warm at the moment, having come in from the barn after caring for his dragon horse, so to the kitchen it was for hot chocolate and marshmallows!

Someone left a covered plate of treats, meant to be a gift to someone judging by the bow on top. She's picking up a corner of the plastic and sneaking a cookie out. Yum.]

[ Some things are like eye magnets, alas. He doesn't know much of these ownership laws via pretty pink bows, so it doesn't seem too awful to him. Something about this one, though...maybe it's just the birds, but he's keeping an eye on her as he peels his orange. ]
