[004] Sugar Coma
[After the incident with Alucard... Abel hadn't recovered as he said he would. The taxation of using so many strains of Crusnik, and losing himself to their thrall for a short while, had overloaded his body. It seemed he had only been waiting to make sure Cain was alright before succumbing. At first he had put it down to Abel's natural laziness. His brother had always been someone who preferred to sleep the day away. But when it had lasted longer, and no amount of shaking would wake his brother, he had grown concerned.
Knowing Abel wouldn't thank him for telling the castle about his predicament, he forced himself to think logically and check back through the journals for ideas. Luckily for him, it seemed this had happened before... a month long comatose before waking again.
Worry balling his stomach into knots, he had made sure Abel was comfortable before opening the journal and dictating a short message.]
Unfortunately my brother has succumbed to his sugar withdrawals and is currently hibernating. I'm sure he'll be back on form soon.
