[It appears that our adventurous group has made quite some progress as they make their way deeper and deeper into the Dead Zone. It's a good thing that Kat is a no-nonsense lady and is planning ahead for our group to continue to make good time! Maybe our destination will be within our reach sooner rather than later

[What a nice place to store up our energy for the day to come! Are you bored? Why not mingle, talk to others about what we might see in the days to come? Sharpen your weapons, hand out food, put on your adventuring faces, check your supplies, make sure to keep the camp maintained! Being prepared is always a good thing, you know.]

[Kat's wandering hte camp, just generally checking up on everyone. She's a little more withdrawn, however, as she's beginning to feel the effect of the Dead Zone more than ever now, the ache of muscles and slight fatigue wasn't new to her, but the fact that she was getting it after only two days of walking was.]

THE CAMPFIRE

[It was yet another team effort, but look at that baby burn! Come closer to the fire, stay warm, roast some weenies, or just lose yourself in the flickering flame. Just don't get too close, or... well, you know. We don't want any disasters on this trip just yet, right?]

[Ooh, fire! Vereesa is there keeping herself warm and resting her feet. She has a stick and she is poking the fire with it. It's an important job that someone has to do. That someone is Vereesa.]

[Confail better stay out of trouble while she's away. Vereesa gives him a glance and a simple nod of acknowledgment, pulling her stick from the flames, the tip of it burned black.]

Hello. [Another glance] You seem quite young to be on this expedition.

TENTS/RESTING AREAS

[What's that? Forget those boy/girl scouts and their merit badges? You want to get some some sleep? Well, go for it... but who knows? Your neighbor might snore up a storm, or someone may not see in the dark too well and snuggle next to you rather than their pillow. Hey. It could happen.]

A hand swings out for the rolling item, pulls it in to see in the dim light.

And then he chucks it straight back behind him, instinctively aiming back from the contact point. Probably too hard and the wrong way. Doesn't bother getting up.]

OUTSIDE THE CAMP

[Can't sleep? Want to be on guard just in case? Don't trust what's around in this new area? Wanna look out for something that could catch your interest? This area is for you! Just don't wander too far, okay? We really don't want to lose anyone. That would really suck.]

[ She isn't too far away from the camp but she wasn't quite ready for sleep yet, so she opted to look around some. It was different than her last trip to the Dead Zone, she was actually here to look around and she was better prepared.

Plus, she wants to make sure no one else disappears. Or at least try to! ]

[He decided it would be rude if he took off his boots and massaged his feet in front of everyone, so he meandered a bit away and is doing so on a large rock.

He doesn't expect anyone, so he'll freeze up if he hears crunching]
