How nostalgic! [cackle cackleeeeee, and there's a sound of crrrrrrrrrrp, like duct tape being ripped?]

Then there is a quick patter of footsteps and a moment of silence, and after an appropriate amount of time there's the ripping of duct tape again]

[she is heading through every hallway, and she has several large roles of duct tape with her. It has a curly continuous signature scrawled across it, and it looks like someone used scissors to make notches along the middle. She'll just be going up to every door, floor by floor, and after taking a moment to listen if someone is sleeping inside, she'll apply these duct tape seals to the top of the door frame so that it is touching both the door frame and the door. After completing a hallway, she will climb out a window and do the same to the windows..... f-feel free to run into her]
