[Blinks... What is she... Reaches up to touch his ears... Oh. OH]

OH THESE?! I was just listening to some music Icouldaheardyou. [Probably. Glances at the sandwich bits on the floor... Right, he can clean that up in a second. Clearly fantasy babe needs to be exposed to ~technology~ first. Scurries over, pulling the headphones off and offering them to her!]

[She merely looks at them in his hand at first, wary of them. Much like the technology of the gnomes, which was temperamental at best, she was apprehensive of seeking out new technology in the castle. But other than causing him to be slightly oblivious to her presence, it didn't seem harmful.

She'll accept the headphones, and then very slowly place them over her ears in the same fashion that he had...

She jumps! The music surprises her. It's so fast and, well, loud. She furrows her brows for a moment, but as the music keeps playing, she slowly relaxes, finding herself... enjoying it? She looks up to Hanna.]

What is this?

[Looks... sort of worried when she first puts them on. WHAT IF SHE DOESN'T LIKE IT. But then as she starts relaxing, he just starts smiling wider and wider]

Don't Stop Me Now by Queen...! Doyoulikeit?

[...After a moment, her head will bob just slightly in rhythm with the music. But only slightly.]

I've not heard music like this before.

[The rock and roll stuff was something the Horde indulged in, so she would be unfamiliar with it. But it's catchy enough that she allows herself to grin a bit.]

Is there more like it?

[HAHA YES HEAD-BOBBING MEANS HE WINS]

[Pulls the chair across from her out and plops down, wiggling and grinning and just... happy]

Definitely! I mean, Queen - th-that's the band name - they're pretty prolific, but then there's lots of people who influenced them. And then there's a bunch more who were inspired by them. You can find a ton of stuff if you really start looking...!

I take it they are quite popular from where you come from? I don't think it's the first time I've heard someone refer to a musical group called "Queen," but I hadn't bothered to investigate further.

[And that's when the music in her ears stops, as does the head bobbing.]

Ah, the song ended. [She'll remove the headphones, handing them back to him.] That's quite an invention. I don't think I've seen anything like it.

Yeah, they're pretty popular. But there's also a lot of people who've heard of them, even if they aren't necessarily fans....

[Takes them back, wrapping the walkman up and setting it to one side. Hopefully he doesn't forget it ffff]

Yeah, you uh... don't have a lot of modern technology where you're from, do you...?

[She'll make a mental note to look into this "Queen" more when she has the chance, and remembers to. Such a peculiar name for a band with a male singer.]

That depends on your definition of "modern." But no, we don't have devices like that, or most of what can be found in this room. [Like a fridge, microwave... toaster...]

[Eheh... Oh Freddy...]

[Glances around and... tries to imagine how life would work without them. For about thirty seconds. BLEHG THAT'S TERRIBLE]

Man, that's gotta be rough...

[Clearly, none of you would survive in Azeroth. Never mind the dragons if you're fretting over the lack of electronics!]

Not so. Certainly food preparation takes considerably longer, but it's well worth it. The quality is unmatched when prepared by hand, rather than a box that tends to burn food in its wake.

[Might... have had a mishap with the microwave.]

[Pauses to think... Then nods quickly]

Yeah...! I guess it is better when Scarlawrob makes dinner then when I do... Aha, that's probably cause I can't cook though.

Oh...! [lksdf Didn't realize maybe people might be confused... sob] HAHA, yep! He's actually a pretty good cook, considering! [Considering he's dead, aha...]
