[So far, the cat has been successfully hiding out during his mortifying LOLCAT loss. Coraline nobly offered to let him stay in her room, so he's been there for several days, covering his chair with a thick layer of black fur that will likely take an entire lint roller to remove.

But he is not an indoor cat. Domestication disgusts him.

[Can't believe he just let loose such a string of FAIL words. His ears are flat against his skull and he's beginning to slink away with his poor wronged tail tucked low.

He can tell, especially in this moment of mortification, that this woman is strong. It seems necessary to assure her that he isn't usually like this.]

[Enjoying the evening air is Anotsu Kagehisa. It's nice out tonight! His gaze casually sweeps around, landing on a black cat. He doesn't think much of it, just remembering someone he knows.]

[The cat notices the glance, but he ignores it. He's trying to avoid speaking during this most embarrassing loss. He'll just be stalking through the grass a few feet away, hunting a fat grey mouse.]

[He pounces and captures the mouse. After a moment, he releases it, but darts out a paw and catches it before it can reach safety. He lets it go again, then jumps on it, holding it down with one paw and gleefully batting it with the other.

He'd be playing with his food whether he had an audience or not, but he may be showing off a bit more agility than is necessary.]
