[ Crowley’s decided to see if his CD does anything interesting like others were claiming of their own items. He wasn’t planning on this being an entry, but the cats are having one of those mad moments that cats tend to have, running about for no apparent reason. As The Other One rounds a corner, he knocks the journal open]
...three stop racing around like lunatics. Sodding animals. Right, let’s see what we have here.
[The journal picks up the sound of the CD being loaded into the music system and
beginning to play. Crowley vaguely recognises the voices of the singers, but he's more interested in seeing if anything interesting happens to put names to the voices.
And then he actually listens to the lyrics. Which is a bad move on his part. He listens with ever growing horror, frozen like a deer caught in headlights, until the music finally stops. He’s silent for a long time, before he takes the CD out of the music system, and quietly puts it in a drawer. Where he can pretend it isn’t there forever]
I should have stuck to the Queen.
