[sitting at a table in the city library, Lavi has a few books open in front of him, with a few more still closed books and some city newspaper copies off to one side. He alternates between reading, flipping through pages in the journal every now and then and occasional absentminded bandage scratching]

[SOMETIME BEFORE HIS OWN POST...Allen decided to see if he can seek out Lavi and eventually finds him in the city library just when he was about to give up. So he will move to sit down at the table with him...then wonders if it's rude to interrupt him reading. ]

[catching the movement, Lavi glances up from the page he's looking at. Then he does a double-take, sitting up straighter]

[a small shrug and head scratch...it hasn't been long really]

[she'll have just been milling around town with one arm in a sling trying to get her mind off things...and then she'll spy him through the window. LAVI, YOU'RE OKAY]

[sometime around then, Lavi is getting back up to leave the building, so when he spots Halloween once he's heading outside, he stops there]

Halloween? [glances at her arm] Hey-- You okay?
