Kamui...? Are you okay?

[His gaze goes to Subaru's face, and he's... breathing heavily, pale, but manages to speak without shaking much:]

... Subaru. I-

[Dropping down onto his elbow a bit on the bed, head bowed forward] ... Yeah. I'm all right.

[His voice is attempting to be as soothing as it can through the journals, though that's hard to do when one is tired themselves.]

[He'll notice the book only upon hearing Ashura's voice and turns towards it, biting back on a curse but a little calmer.]
