[tossing his guitar on the bed, Lindsey grins as he finally got a song to sing figured out and a slot with Lorne at Caritas. He stops and grabs his journal to plan on letting a few people know]

[Lorne is listening to this and boy does this guy have a great voice. There's something which is concerning him greatly, though. Where he'd normally be getting visions of the singer's destiny he was getting...nothing.

[which of course is going to be made all awkward as Lindsey comes over, smiling]

Your singing? Honey Bee you blew me away. You should do it more often, who needs to be a lawyer when you can sing like that?

Well, I was thinking 'bout that, least while I'm here. Think you could use another regular performer. Don't have to pay me much...

[For all she hated about Lindsey, she will admit that the boy could sing.

... he will never actually hear her say it though. she'll just listen through the journal]

[oh, if he knew you were listening, Cordy, he would totally joke about how she can't stay away from him.]

[and sure enough, she'll be there, sitting at a table near the stage with attention full on him. She'd known he could sing, just from the little bit he'd done at the beach and the garden... but it was a whole different experience, seeing him on stage.]

[she'd run up to him immediately after, but she doesn't want to interrupt his conversation with Lorne, so she'll drink her Coke waiting for him to be free so she can really talk with him]

[he had been watching her since she walked in, making sure she knew that the song was for her. After his quick business talk with Lorne, he made his way through the crowd to her]

Hey you. Having fun?

[a bright smile] Of course I am. That was incredible. Not that I'm surprised.

Well, Lorne also thought so. You're looking at his new entertainment on Tuesday night and the weekends.

What's Caritas? A bar or something?

Yeah, it's a bar down in town. Nice place, and the host is a chatty guy.

[ooh, town. She hasn't been there yet]

[Del is curled up in a chair at a table being oddly unobtrusive for such a rainbow-and-fishnet person. She's watching how everyone else reacts to his singing. Is that how she's supposed to respond?]

[Lindsey had met Del once, way back when he first arrived. She had confused him then, but he's not about to ignore her]

Del, right?

Hand person. That didn't last?

[Smiles at him]

You were pretty.

Nope. It came back, which helps a lot with the guitar.

[he smiles, figuring out what she really meant]
