[Clark shifts, just slightly; when he sleeps, he sleeps like a log. His eyelids twitch and he gives a deep, contented breath, rolling over to face Brainy. He mumbles, sleepily:]

I didn't hear you creep in, Lois...

[his eyes drift to the kids, and a grin blossoms on his face. Delighted but in hushed tones, so he doesn't wake them:]

Lara! And... our kid?

[Brainy turns to look at the kids with a renewed sense of curiousity, mixed with a little logical skepticism - especially when he can't help feeling a connection to the little Coluan boy.

Although on closer inspection, it's apparent that he isn't entirely Coluan - he looks more... organic.]
