[Flack is downstairs in the kitchen, cooking. He doesn't really cook all that often, but he was in the mood and figured it might be a nice change of pace. He's got the journal open on the counter next to him, so people can probably smell the peppers and sausage smells coming from the omelet he's making

Probably smells better than it's gonna taste -- I don't really cook all that often.
