Look, I figure you're probably busy or whatever, but your kind of [the only doctor I trust] the only doc I know here, and I've got a bit of a situation.
I was giving my friend a ride on my motorcycle and his grip slipped and he fell off. I checked him over and it doesn't look like he's got any broken bones but he knocked himself out pretty good, and I wanna make sure he's okay.
I'm bringing him to the clinic now, but if you could meet me there, that'd be great.
