How and why is this guy so dangerous?

He was once a human being such as you or me, however, he's much more than that now. He's injected himself with a mixture of viruses--the main being the progenitor. It makes him extremely powerful, and fast enough to dodge bullets.

It's not just him we have to worry about. If he has certain samples of viruses, the castle itself is in danger.

If you'd like a write up of the viruses and their effects, I will write one up for you.
